Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent right after checkout (subject: "Order #1234 confirmed"). It usually starts with #1 followed by 4-5 digits. If you cannot find it, contact us with the email you used and we will look it up.

Tracking can sometimes lag behind real shipping movement, especially over weekends. If 4+ business days have passed with no scan update, message us and we will investigate with the carrier directly.

Check with neighbors, building management, and any safe drop-off spots first. If 48 hours pass with no package, message us โ we will open a carrier investigation and ship a replacement if needed.

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Message us within 2 business hours of placing the order with your new address. Once a package is in carrier hands, we cannot redirect it.

Yes. APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Free shipping threshold ($99) still applies.

If your box arrives crushed or contents are damaged, photograph the package and damage immediately, then message us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund โ no return required for shipping damage.
