Where We Ship
MyBrickOras currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on every U.S. order over $99. Orders below $99 ship at flat-rate $7.99 with full tracking.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order on our website with your order number and email address.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 4+ business days, or if your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and ship a replacement if needed.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged sets or refund โ no return required for shipping damage.
