At Retailerblocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at vivilauge@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Free Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping for all eligible items. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
We currently do not have any final sale or non-returnable items. However, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
