2) Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly. You may request a cancellation or order change within 10 minutes of placing your order by contacting:

If confirmed within the allowed time window, we will cancel or update your order. After 10 minutes, orders may already be processed or dispatched and can no longer be cancelled.
3) Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and in resaleable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging are included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Opened or used items that are not resaleable may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
4) How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- Use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of postage.
Returns sent without an RMA may experience delays.
5) Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened board games or card games with broken seals.
- Worn costumes or items showing signs of use.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Opened consumables unless defective.
6) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
7) Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return shipping costs.
8) Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item, and no later than 14 days.
Refund amounts may be reduced for missing parts, damage, or excessive handling.
Shipping upgrades such as express delivery are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
9) Exchanges
To exchange for a different model or item, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
10) Packing Your Return
- Use original packaging whenever possible.
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional gifts.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
11) Category Notes
Costumes: Must be unworn with all accessories and tags attached.
RC / Drones / Vehicles: Please test indoors first. Returned products must be like new with complete packaging.
Board & Tabletop Games: Must remain sealed unless faulty.
12) Gifts
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser. Upon request, store credit may be issued to the gift recipient.
13) Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund appears delayed after confirmation:
- Check with your bank or card provider.
- Contact our support team with your order number.
