What Can Be Returned
- Unopened sets: Full refund within 30 days.
- Opened but unbuilt sets: Full refund within 30 days, provided the box, instructions, and all sealed bags are intact.
- Defective sets: Full refund or replacement, regardless of build status. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Built or partially-built sets (unless defective)
- Sets older than 30 days from delivery date
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Missing Pieces
If your set is missing pieces, you do not need to return it. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and the piece you need โ we will ship replacements free of charge.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Email support@mybrickoras.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a return authorization and prepaid return shipping label (for defective sets) within 24 business hours.
- Pack the set securely in its original packaging and drop off at any UPS or FedEx location.
Return Shipping
- Defective or shipping-damaged sets: Return shipping is free โ we provide the label.
- Changed-your-mind returns: Return shipping cost is your responsibility (usually $8-15 depending on set size).
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned package. Funds typically reach your card within 5-10 additional business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different set, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
