6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal strikes).


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to redirect it.


8. Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
